Please note Advice Technology Support will only be providing limited business-critical support during the end-of-year shut down period from Monday 23rd December 2024 to Friday 4th January 2025. The team will provide limited email support strictly around password resets, user terminations as well as urgent site outage issues.

 

In line with Cyber Security Policy, effective 20 September 2023, Xplan sessions will automatically log out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

It is important that you save your work frequently to avoid any loss of data.

 

Scheduled downtime:

Commencing on 28 October 2023, upgrades will run between 1 am – 7 am Saturday on AEDT.

During this time, Xplan may be unavailable so please plan accordingly.
